Through several registry modifications, you can create an enhanced “right-click” menu for the Recycle Bin. The new options will allow you to delete the temporary files in the following two directories: %UserProfile%\AppData\Local\Temp and %SystemRoot%\Temp and run the disk cleanup utility
Note: Editing the registry has the potential to cause serious (and unrecoverable) damage to your PC. If you are at all uncomfortable editing the registry, please do not attempt the following.

b) Save the file with the name RecycleBin.reg and close Notepad. Double click on RecycleBin.reg to add the changes to your registry

c) Right-click on the Recycle Bin and you see will now see two new option. The two commands will require administrative privleges to run

The Aero theme is not available in all the Vista editions. The Vista Home Basic Edition does not have Aero theme, and if you wanted it you had to buy one of the more advanced editions. (they said some forums have published a workaround to active the Vista Aero theme on Windows Vista Basic Edition...)
a) From the Start button/type REGEDIT into the Search box, then  press Enter to launch the Registry Editor (regedit.exe). Note: If you did not disable 
    UAC (User Account Control) then you will be prompted to consent to the action you're about to perform. Click Continue.
b)  Locate the following key in the registry:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\DWM
    Modify the following values (REG_DWORD):
    Composition Change the existing value to 1.
    CompositionPolicy Change the existing value to 2
    Close registry editor
c)  Open an elevated Command Prompt window. (To open an elevated Command Prompt, click Start/All Programs/Accessories/ right-click Command
     Prompt, and then click Run as administrator. You can also type CMD in the search box of the Start menu, and when you see the Command Prompt
     icon click on it to select it, hold CTRL+SHIFT and press ENTER)
     In the Command Prompt window, type: net start uxsms (enter)
d) Wait for the Desktop Window Manager Session Manager service to start. Restart your computer and after rebooting your computer, log-on and 
     note that the Aero theme can be activated (Right click anywhere on your desktop/left click on Personalize/Click on Window Color and Appearance/At the
     bottom of the Windows Color and Appearance window click “Open classic appearance properties for more color options” Look on the scroll list and
     select Windows Aero as the new scheme)

How can I disable the User Account Control (UAC) on my Windows Vista computer?
there are many Methods, here the more simple: Using MSCONFIG
a) launch msconfig from the run menu (click on start/and write in start search: msconfig, enter)
b) Click on the Tools tab/Scroll down till you find "Disable UAC" and Click on it.
c) press the launch button and a CMD window (black color) will open . You have to
   wait and when the command is done (read in the black screen) you may close the windows,
   close MSCONFIF, and reboot the computer
